Established in Australia since 1917, the ITW Buildex head office is based in Melbourne Victoria, with an on-site manufacturing plant producing hundreds of millions of self-drilling screws annually, from roll-forming to threading, alloy plating to head painting, including stainless steel fasteners.
The manufacturing plant in Moorabbin, Melbourne is 19,500 square metres in size and consists of ten shape change lines, two heat treatment furnaces, four climaseal barrels, seven neo assembly machines, four high speed automatic head painting lines and two packing lines.
Buildex has sales, warehousing, technical service and despatch facilities across Australia and exports to 18 countries throughout Asia, Africa, Europe and the Pacific.
Buildex is pleased to announce the opening of an office and warehouse facility in Dubai to service the Middle East and Indian sub-continent.
