Product Range:
Cyclonic RoofZips assemblies have a range of special features which overcome the problems accorded with conventional cyclone plates and bonded washer systems.
• The plates have a large contact area with the roof and self align with the roofing profile even when installed off-centre.
• Spread the up-force load from heavy winds across the surface of the cyclone plate, improving the roofs holding capability.
• Eliminates the problems of chafing and single point contact.
• Upper and lower EPDM seals prevents water entry between the screwhead, cyclone plate and roofing profile.
• Cyclone plate is finished to a Class 4 plating.
• Made specifically to suit rollformer structural specifications.
